Mochi cookies are now the most recent and popular snacks among Asian countries, especially in Korea. We would like to bring this unique idea to London! We redesigned the recipe but also keeping its original flavor. The fragrant matcha cookies wrap with a filling of melted chocolates and mochi, it's definitely unforgettable!! I believe you will never find this in any bakeries here.
