What is HōChi? It’s HŌJICHA cookie with Mochi & chocolate inside!
We use Hojicha Powder from its origin, Kyoto. Hojicha unlike traditional green teas, is roasted after the leaves are steamed. It has a soothing, therapeutic earthy aroma and smoky nutty taste. Hojicha is also low in caffeine which suitable for kids as well. If you are a fan of Matcha, you should try its other family member, Hojicha!
We have also redesigned this Mochi Cookie, unlike the usual ones originated from Korea. We wrap the chocolate inside the cookies instead of putting chocolate chips on top, and shape into our signature cookie shape.
